Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
University Hospital, an instrumentality of the State of New Jersey, allows the public to request and review certain documents pursuant to New Jersey's Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.). OPRA requests must be sent to the University Hospital Records Custodian via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via regular mail at University Hospital Records Custodian, Office of the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, 150 Bergen Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103.
